OC Health Clubs is Queenstown's First Mind and Body Health Club and we specialise in Strength Based Group Classes and 1-1 PT. 

Our goal is to bridge the gap between Group Training and Personal Training and create an energetic environment that celebrates form, not fatigue. 

We make technique a priority and understand that good Health involves just as much of the Mind as it does the Body so we’ll also be offering seminars and workshops that range from 'How to Deadlift 101’, ‘Breathing Better for Less Stress’ to ‘Eat More to Weigh Less’ and a myriad of other things we think will benefit you as our members.

We offer Strength Based Classes as opposed to other well known gyms who only offer 95% gym based training with little guidance.

Our Holistic Philosophy

Whether you want to build lean muscle mass, increase strength, burn body fat, move better, be more flexible or improve posture we solve all those problems with our HYPER and METCON classes. All our programs build Mobility and Posture work into the sessions.
